After Tignes I went on to Nendaz (Swizerland) and joined the Qualifier, which was the partnerevent of Verbier. I managed my two qualification runs pretty well and won one of them, so I was in the final. Of course I wanted to win the final to get my ticket for Verbier, but I had a wrong appreciation of my second landing, so I thumbled a couple of times... No victory, no ticket, no Verbier :-(
A few weeks later I had the same experience again. I got 3rd in the qualification in Jasna, so I wanted to win the final... but I landed on ice and thumbled again, this was definetly not the way I expected my end of the competition season!
